PAYMENT:
    Deposit of 2 nights' rental is required to confirm reservation.
    This deposit is applied to the last days of your reservation.
    Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.
    Balance is due in full at check-in.
    We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, Money Order, VISA,
    MasterCard, and Discover.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
    All cancellations subject to 50% service charge of deposit.
    No refunds if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
    No refunds for early check-out or no-shows.
    Refunds may not be applied to next season.
    No Refunds for inclement weather.
    Misrepresentation of age and number of guests voids
    reservation with no refund given.
